We are looking for an OT Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen our OT Cyber Security team within our Rapid Response Organization. Join us in our quest to solve tomorrow’s challenges!

As OT Cyber Security Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Secure Operations, serving as a key contributor to the SecureOPS group within HMH. In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and administration of OT cybersecurity services, applications, and systems that are essential for Global Support Services and HMH clients.

You will play a vital role in implementing and evolving HMH OT cybersecurity initiatives, following direction from the SecureOPS Team lead and aligning with HMH’s business strategy and high standards of safety, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SecureOPS team to deliver effective OT cybersecurity services across HMH, serving as a technical resource within the SecureOPS team.

• Provide input and support for developing and optimizing work processes and requirements in accordance with SecureOPS procedures.

• Assist in the design, enhancement, and execution of roadmaps for SecureOPS services, contributing actionable ideas for continuous improvement.

• Participate in cross-organizational cybersecurity meetings, offering technical insights and supporting the communication of best practices when required.

• Help implement, maintain, and support cybersecurity services and systems for industrial control systems (ICS) globally, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.

• Take a proactive approach to threat intelligence for industrial control systems, helping to identify, track, and mitigate emerging risks to HMH’s operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in Cyber security, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 5+ years’ experience in OT Cyber Security in oil & gas offshore and industrial control systems

• Understanding of ICS, DCS, SCADA, PLC and industrial protocols

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks IEC62443 and NIST

• Experience with maintenance and support of OT network design and security (firewalls, IDS, segmentation)

• Experience with delivering and testing, virtual environments, and server infrastructure

• Expertise on securing OT network architecture

• Flexibility to travel offshore, when needed

• Fluent in English both written and verbal. Norwegian language is an advantage
