We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Data Insights and Analytics team in Stavanger, Norway.
As a Business Analyst, you will be leading the development to deliver key insights to support the business within domains like sales, manufacturing, product development and sustainability reporting. You will be working in an analytics environment built around Power BI and Databricks. Your work will contribute to our mission of helping save lives by enabling data-driven decisions that enhance our products and services.
About the role:
Collaborate with stakeholders from the organization to identify and analyze the needs.
Develop reports and analytical tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
Train other contributors in the development of analytical solutions, enabling consumers to leverage data efficiently.
Support business units in leveraging data for informed decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
A strong academic foundation – You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, equipping you with an analytical mindset.
Proven experience in data & analytics – You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and you're ready to take your skills to the next level.
Stakeholder management – You’re skilled at gathering requirements and managing expectations, ensuring that data solutions truly meet business needs.
Reporting skills – You know how to craft compelling, insightful dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.
You understand the principles of data management and how to build scalable, sustainable solutions.
You bring discipline and structure to your work, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
You express yourself clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and in conversation.
