To support our engineering-, software- and data science teams and ensure efficiency and quality in all areas ranging from laptops and workstations and other hardware to both applications and technical software, our IT Manager needs to strengthen his team on-site. We are therefore looking for a versatile and service-minded colleague with a passion for both people and technology.

Responsibilities

• User support (on-site)

  • Troubleshooting software, laptops, workstations and other hardware

  • Training

  • Evaluation, administration and testing of applications

• Patching, technical support and configuration of professional software (OrcaFlex, Marc) and Python, both in Windows and Linux.

• Administration and ownership of portals and applications such as Active Directory, GitHub, Atlassian, Sharepoint, Entra/Azure etc

• Communicating and collaborating with our external IT partner to ensure efficiency and optimal use of IT resources

• Possible other tasks

  • Network management

  • Continuous improvement and modernization of our solutions

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support and/or operations

Candidate Profile

• Listening and happy to work with end users

• Self-propelled and able and eager to dig into documentation and solve problems

• Flexible on tasks, interested in learning new things
