What does the job involve?
Equinor's ambition is to become a leading late-life operator on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Safe and efficient operation of late-life fields will be important for the company going forward. This is to secure Equinor's position and competitiveness on the continental shelf. To achieve this, we need to look at new ways of working, which is why Equinor established Equinor FLX (Field Life eXtension).
The FLX team is responsible for carrying out maintenance to ensure safe and sustainable operation of the FLX installations.
The FLX installations are Statfjord A, Statfjord B, Statfjord C and Gina Krog.
The maintenance team works across disciplines and consists of engineers in the fields of mechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering and maintenance management.
We are looking for someone who wants to work in our onshore maintenance team in Stavanger. As part of the maintenance team, you will face exciting challenges, build a large network and perform varied tasks in an operational environment.
What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be:
Overall responsibility for the maintenance portfolio for assigned installation(s).
Planning of maintenance activities.
Participation in operational decision-making meetings.
Follow-up of contracts and suppliers within maintenance.
Ordering of parts for the implementation of maintenance activities.
Optimisation of maintenance programme.
Travel offshore and familiarise yourself with the installation.

Relevant apprentices certificate in automation with operational experience and/or Bachelor's degree in Automation.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian, as well as spoken and written English.
Good experience with SAP and an interest in new digital tools would be an advantage.
Always puts safety first and has a good understanding of risk.
Good collaboration skills – be a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
Be analytical, structured and systematic.
Willingness to travel offshore occasionally.
