Porsche Norge AS, a subsidiary of Porsche AG and the official importer of Porsche in Norway, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Specialist After Sales Support within our dynamic After Sales team. As an "After Sales Support Specialist" at Porsche Norway, you will provide expert SAP support, technical assistance, and parts management to ensure outstanding After Sales service and customer satisfaction across the Norwegian market. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale, managing service operations and supporting regulatory compliance. We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team member with a passion for supporting our dealer partners, a drive to grow and a keen eye for a high customer satisfaction mindset.

Tasks

• Execute and manage After Sales processes using SAP in the field of parts support 

• Provide technical support to dealers regarding Porsche vehicle systems and spare parts

• Coordinate parts support by managing inventory, parts availability, and logistics to meet the needs of Porsche Norway’s service network

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical and parts-related inquiries efficiently

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Porsche Norway’s standards and procedures

• Responsible for sustainability topics in After Sales, such as scrapping procedures and product substance compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in technical field or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or equivalent

• Structured, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and highly motivated

• Knowledge and experience with SAP in automotive After Sales beneficial

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Ability to handle projects in a dynamic and international work culture

• Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Norwegian, German is beneficial

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
