About the Role 

As Capital Markets Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Two’s funding strategy - ensuring access to scalable, cost-effective, and innovative capital to support our rapid growth. You’ll work directly with the CFO and partner cross-functionally with finance, risk, legal, product, and commercial teams to optimise capital efficiency and expand our lending capacity. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with financing lenders (both private and public), banking partners as well as our investor base, driving the initiatives that enhance Two's capital efficiency and risk-adjusted returns

This role is ideal for a finance professional eager to take ownership, drive strategic initiatives, and work at the intersection of structured finance and cutting-edge fintech.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and expand relationships with banks, lenders, and institutional investors.

• Structure, negotiate, and manage credit facilities, warehouse lines, and other financing vehicles.

• Oversee performance reporting, covenant monitoring, and capital utilisation across all funding channels.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure capital solutions are aligned with risk, product, and operational needs.

• Prepare and maintain data rooms and support due diligence during fundraising and investor engagement processes.

• Partner with legal teams and external counsel on contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.

• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market research to inform capital strategy.

• Maintain detailed reporting and performance analysis of financing arrangements

• Monitor capital utilisation, risk exposure, and covenant compliance

• Drive innovation in our funding stack, exploring off-balance sheet, securitisation, or embedded lending models as needed.
  
  Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or fintech

• Proven track record in debt structuring, credit facilities, or treasury operations.

• Strong command of financial modeling and credit risk analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinker with a bias for action, ownership and attention to detail

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.

• Bonus: Experience at a fintech scale-up, or in managing cross-border funding structures.
