NOV Aftermarket Projects delivers leading and innovative Reactivations, Re-certifications and Upgrades for the energy industry.

As a Project Manager you will have a key role in our organization and be responsible for technical and commercial management, planning and execution of dedicated projects and tenders. The role offers good opportunity to work with unique and varied projects, across disciplines and borders and with all the phases of tenders.

We wish to strengthen our project group and are looking for a technically strong Project Manager to join our team in Kristiansand.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders

• Overall responsible for project scope from bid stage through planning, execution and close out

• Technical management of the project scope

• Lead Project Teams both in-house and on site

• Extensive travelling may be required

• Monitor all project activities, report progress against plans and take corrective actions as required to manage deviations

• Track and control project financials

• Comply with all NOV Company- and HSE policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and technical project management experience. (Essential)

• Extensive technical and commercial understanding of drilling vessels, equipment and industry. (Essential)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English. (Essential)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products. (Essential)

• Minimum three years of experience from delivery of offshore projects. (Essential)

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries, geographies, and cultures. (Essential)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. (Beneficial)
