Are you a motivated Scandinavian-speaking 2nd officer/SDPO?

Maran Shuttle Tankers (“MST”) is the shuttle tanker shipping unit of the Angelicoussis Group. We are now looking for a motivated 2nd officer/SDPO to join our outstanding shuttle tanker team.

Key responsibilities include standing bridge, DP, and port watches, supervising cargo operations, and acting as Safety Officer. The position involves training junior officers, conducting emergency drills, maintaining firefighting and safety equipment, and supporting Chief Officer, including stepping in when necessary. Duties also include include overseeing helideck operations, ensuring crew familiarization, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation.

Required qualification:

• Experience as SDPO on shuttle tankers

• Minimum deck officer class 2 certificate

• Tank HG oil certificate

• DP certificate

• Reference systems courses

• Norwegian/Scandinavian language
