Summa Equity is looking for a part-time Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant you will provide administrative support and contribute to efficiency at the office.
The role
We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include keeping meeting rooms and the kitchen clean and tidy, assisting with meeting and lunch preparations, covering reception when needed, and running errands.
This is a part-time, temporary position starting in August and running through December, with the possibility of extension.
The role involves working scheduled afternoon hours during the week—for example, 2–3 days per week from 12:00 to 17:00. We are flexible regarding the specific days and hours, and this can be agreed upon with the right candidate. In addition to regular hours, we also need someone who can be available on an ad hoc basis when needed, so flexibility is essential.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Cover the reception at scheduled times during the week as well as on ad hoc basis when needed
Support general office upkeep, including setting up and cleaning meeting rooms, and helping to keep our office welcoming and orderly
Perform ongoing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Who are we looking for?
The ideal person may have some previous work experience, but more importantly, brings a strong service-oriented attitude and a positive, “can do” mindset. You should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with others in a collaborative environment.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected, and you should feel comfortable communicating in both written and spoken English, as it is our primary working language.
