Now, we’re looking for an Technical AI Lead to help our organisation to utilize and integrate AI tools, technologies and methodologies in a proactive and efficient way. We’re after someone who combines technical AI expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset.

What you’ll be doing

As our Technical AI Lead, you'll spearhead the implementation and optimization of AI solutions, ensuring they deliver real business value and enhance our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and exploring specialized solutions such as Azure AI.

• Take ownership of AI projects from creating a Proof of Concept, to the final implementation, ensuring seamless technical execution.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the company’s AI initiatives

• Define guidelines and ensure governance

• Educate users in AI and the use of AI tools

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for AI in the company, taking a hands-on approach to implementing and optimizing AI solutions. Your technical expertise will be crucial in staying updated on the latest AI developments and best practices. You should be self-driven, take pride in your work, and excel at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

You'll report to the Head of IT & Business Intelligence.

Qualifications and preferred qualities

To excel in this role, you need a strong technical foundation in AI and a passion for practical implementations. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in AI technologies and a degree in AI, data science, computer science, or a related field.

As Norwegian Hull Club’s Technical AI Lead, you will have a deep understanding of business process improvements and be proficient with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Azure AI.
