We are looking for a Yard Coordinator AOT & WL

Reporting line

Yard Coordinator will report to Logistic Supervisor

Role

This role will be to provide support for the operation at Archer facility both Oiltools and Wireline workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Focal point for communication between Logistic and Workshop with regards to shipping and receiving of goods from customers.
• Focal point for communication between Logistic and Workshop with regards to equipment return to remote storage.
• Loading/unloading of trucks
• Organizing of yard maintaining safety and efficiency required
• Return check of equipment from customers
• Control and organizing of returned 3rd party equipment and prepare same for processing.
• Control and organize rental objects returning from repair.
• Organize rental objects following inspection.
• Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance of dedicated forklifts
• Preparation of tools for shipment offshore according to work order and procedures
• Participate in maintenance and housekeeping yard.
• Always work according to internal QHSSE procedures and guidelines, including handling customer’s complaints or concerns

• Certificate of apprenticeship within relevant field
• Other competence requirements are specified for each role in the company’s Competence Management System
• Work experience within planning and logistic
• High ability to keep order and structure.
• Good ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Independently perform required work assignment without supervision
• Good ERP system knowledge and use
• Excel and word skills to handle related documentation.
