Department Manager Casing Barrier Solutions

As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our new Casing Barrier Solutions initiative.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Department Manager to oversee the development and global implementation of Interwell's new Casing Barrier Solutions. This role is pivotal to our strategic growth and will require a visionary leader with a proven track record in product development and international market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be tasked with growing and developing a solid team; in a sense functioning as a “founder” within the larger company

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Casing Plug product line development, building a portfolio of tools for global use

• Oversee and coordinate international teams to ensure consistent product quality and performance across all markets.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve business objectives, oversee Capex

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the global reach of the Casing Plug product line.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has most of the following:

• Experience with Casing Barrier Solutions from both commercial and technical aspects, and strong relationships with customers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong understanding of global markets and international business operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Product standards as well as tendering processes, T&C’s etc.

• Knowledge of Quality, HSE, Risk management standards, incl. ISO9001, API Q1 & API Q2, ISO14001, ISO 45001

• Ability to travel internationally as require
