We are looking for a skilled and motivated Integrated Logistics System (ILS) Engineer with a mechanical or marine background or experience in ILS package development and execution within a technical environment to join our team working on naval vessel projects. Your new role

As an ILS Engineer at Novenco, you will develop and perform ILS analysis for HVAC+R equipment. You will produce ILS plan, operation & maintenance plan, technical manuals, training material and other relevant documentation/analysis, and ensure compliance with company and end-user requirements. You will collaborate with technical (design) and procurement departments.

In the later stages of the project, you will manage construction and installation processes as well as organize and maintain ILS documentation in accordance with naval standards. You will be a part of preparing the technical procurement documentation and conducting evaluations of sub suppliers. You will support the ongoing naval and marine projects to help optimize the system life cycle and enhance system performance. As with all projects, progress reporting and working to complete the projects on time is a high priority at Novenco.

To fill this role, we are looking for an ILS Engineer with an understanding of the requirements of the role. Experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems for marine and naval installations is wanted, but experience with other systems is applicable. You are familiar with Navy ILS and maintenance task structures as well as international marine and naval regulation standards. As the role is central to several disciplines, basic understanding of piping, electrical, and automation systems is a bonus. The working language at Novenco is English.
