4Subsea is now looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to both strategic and operational product marketing efforts across our product portfolio, with the opportunity to implement innovative concepts within the team.

You will work closely with product and domain teams to support the development and positioning of our leading-edge software solutions that deliver critical decision support to energy providers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the energy landscape and how industry transformation, regulations, and collaborations impact your solution messaging

  • Understand audience and persona profiles and support activity with the right value messaging and channel recommendations

  • Create and support the development of product collaterals, sales kits, web content, product promotions, social media messaging, and presentations to support campaigns and enablement

  • Support market and competitor landscape screening

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and products

  • Understand customer segments and personas to shape product positioning, value messaging, and channel strategy

  • Create high-impact content, including articles, webinars, product demos, and videos that clearly communicates value and showcases product capabilities

  • Create and implement product campaigns and always on initiatives, and work closely with product owners, domain experts, and sales on successful go-to-market initiatives

  • Gather and incorporate customer insights through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops to inform product messaging and roadmap

  • Work across marketing channels (website, social, events, CRM, ads) to ensure consistency and impact

  • Use insights and data to improve performance and guide decision-making

  • Work closely with the global marketing team, drive and assist in planning and executing various marketing projects

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with SaaS product

  • A BS/MS degree in marketing, communication or a related field

  • Experience from the energy industry is preferred, but not mandatory

  • Proven track record with product/solution launches and client feedback loops

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging messaging for various roles

  • Experience with content creation and end-to-end campaign management using account-based marketing strategies

  • Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel and customer lifecycle and how to create product awareness across regions with multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable working with common CMS, Microsoft Office tools (Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Teams etc.), and marketing tools such as WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, Google Ads, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
