Are you obsessed with getting the details right and making sure people get paid—accurately, on time, every time? Then this might be your kind of challenge. As Rider Compensation OPS – Logistics, you’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure that every rider—whether a contractor or employee—gets compensated properly. You'll own the payroll and invoicing processes from start to finish and collaborate with both our Fleet Health and Finance/HR teams to keep the engine running smoothly.
We’re a fast-moving environment where precision matters and there’s no shortage of interesting edge-cases to figure out. You’ll work hands-on with data, systems, and people—and have the opportunity to improve and streamline how we work, not just maintain it.
Your mission
You’ll be the go-to person for anything related to rider compensation—owning the payroll processes and supporting both contractors and employed riders. You’ll make sure every detail is double-checked, every number is accurate, and every payment is delivered on time. That includes everything from data collection and validation to processing transactions and advising on improvements in tools or processes.
Owning the end-to-end payroll process for all riders.
Managing invoicing and income reporting processes.
Ensuring systems and workflows are accurate, reliable, and optimized.
Staying up to date with labor agreements, union conditions, and legal compliance.
Collaborating across Fleet Health, HR, and Finance to keep everything aligned.
Monitoring rider compensation schemes and supporting system/tool updates
We’re looking for someone who’s precise, proactive, and takes full ownership of their work. You thrive in structured environments, follow through persistently, and care about getting things right—even when no one’s watching. You’re detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and keep others informed while driving tasks to completion.
Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we’ve moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
Our recruitment process will include the following:
📞 Telephone interview - Let’s cover the basics!
💡 Psychometric tests via Alva Labs - We use science-based methodology.
🤝 First interview - Time to know each other a bit better!
💼 Case interview - Do your magic and show us your skills!
✔️ Reference- & background check - Final step before we’ll become colleagues.
Start date: Upon agreement
