As our Finance & Accounting organization transitions to SAP S/4 HANA, we are gearing up for a pivotal phase. With testing starting this year and full implementation planned for next year, we are looking for new team members to help us navigate this transformation. Responsibility and tasks

• Lead and develop the PSL accountant group.

• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation tasks

• Act as a trusted finance advisor to the operational organization, including delivering financial training

• Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews

• Oversee month-end close, annual budgeting, planning, and monthly forecasting

• Variance analysis and profitability reporting.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and processes.

• Support both internal and external audits.

• Process improvements.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum bachelor within finance and accounting

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferable from the oil industry

• Strong Excel skills

• Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills

• Detail-oriented, curious, and with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
