We are looking for our next Contract Manager

We are looking for a Contract Manager with a main responsibility in managing Maintenance Agreements. The preferred location for this position is Rubbestadneset, Norway. We offer a possibility to hybrid work.

Your role and responsibilities  

As a Contract Manager, you'll be part of an energetic agreement management Central & North Europe team with diverse expertise. This position is part of the Marine Performance Services business.

As a Contract Manager your work will include:

• Accountability for execution of assigned maintenance agreements

• Technical support and advice to customers

• Proactive customer communication to generate and secure customer satisfaction

• Lead and coach the agreement contract core team

• Execute and deliver assigned contracts safely and efficiently, exceed customer expectations

• Financial planning and follow-up

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:  

• Proven technical experience in marine operations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Skilled in planning, target setting and reporting

• Ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities

• Operational experience from maritime vessels and or /Rig would be an advantage

Requirements for the position:

• B.Sc. or equivalent within the technical area

• Solid understanding of the LNGC/Maritime business and service approach towards the customer will be prioritized

• Experience in contract management and/or sales, project delivery or field service

• Deep experience in 4-stroke engine maintenance

• Good verbal and written skills in English
