We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Assistant to join our team in a temporary position, with immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a busy production environment, and is ready to contribute wherever needed.

About the Position
As a Production Assistant, you will support various teams across production, assembly, and quality control. The role involves a wide range of tasks, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension depending on needs and performance.

Main Tasks

• Picking parts for production

• Assisting assembly teams

• Assisting the Quality Control team when needed

• Packing, labelling and goods reception

• Archiving

• Participating in Quality and HSE activities

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian or English

• Valid forklift and overhead crane certificates

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

• Punctual, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
