 Dril-Quip Europe Norway NUF, part of the Innovex International group, is seeking a Subsea Base Manager to lead our legacy Dril-Quip subsea business in Norway. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, driven, and ready to take the next big step in their career. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage day-to-day base operations, support offshore activity, ensure world-class service delivery to our customers, and be a key part of our subsea growth story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish Company's business philosophy and strategy in cooperation with the SVP – ECAF region.

• Implement the strategic business plan for the subsea product line to meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policy and establish the necessary delegation of authority.

• Overall responsibility for full compliance with the Norwegian Authority's rules and regulations.

• Ensure that the Company's managers and employees are performing their work in a safe and satisfactory manner and that the rules and requirements stated in the Company's Quality System Manual, procedures and work instructions are fulfilled.

• Responsible for necessary training of employees, enabling them to perform their work in a safe manner and in compliance with specified requirements.

• Responsible for setting up operational budgets, and budget follow-up activities.

• Take part in week-duty rota.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure continual alignment with GDP targets and initiatives.

• Participate in Yearly Strategic alignment meetings and objective settings.

About You:

• Proven leadership experience within the subsea service sector.

• A solid understanding of the Norwegian oil & gas landscape and customer base.

• A hands-on, strategic mindset with commercial drive, and proven record of achieving results.

• Strong working knowledge of subsea systems and well construction technologies.

• Previous experience with engineering design & manufacture of drilling and completions equipment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Goal-driven, and able to thrive in a "no barriers" culture.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Commitment to QHSE, team development, and customer satisfaction.

• Management or Engineering degree or diploma is advantageous.

• Sound verbal and written English language capability.
