Controller

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to assist with the preparation and follow-up of the group's financial statements and management reporting. The role includes monthly follow-up and review of reports from subsidiaries, as well as supporting Global Finance with reconciliation and follow-up at period end.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Month end reporting for Interwell group

• Review region reports and reconcile all group companies at month end and year end

• Assist Norway CE and Caspian with internal and external reporting

• Internal invoicing group companies

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies

• Assist in the IFS super user team to maintain and update IFS (system integrity and master data)

• Analytic support for corporate management 

• Assist in contract assessments and reviews upon request from sales and contract department

• Participate in strategic work related to development of finance function in the group

• Internal and external financial audit

• Statutory reporting in Norway and Europe

• Monitor and assist in day to day book-keeping when required

Requirements:

• Higher business education

• Good understanding of accounting principles IFRS and NGAAP 

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in accounting or audit

• 2-5 years of experience from audit will be an advantage

• Fluent English – oral and written

• Analytic and structured

• Proactive

• Responsible

• Ability to work in a team

• Knowledge of IFS ERP would be an advantage
