Manpower is looking for a Project Controller for our client in Kongsberg!

We are seeking a structured and analytical candidate to handle financial follow-up of small projects. As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and financial follow-up of small-scale projects

• Cost tracking and deviation analysis

• Forecasting revenue, costs, and cash flow

• Participating in project review meetings

• Managing currency exposure and hedging

• Reporting in line with internal controls and SOX requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

• 2–4 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems

• Strong English skills, written and spoken

• Good analytical skills and financial understanding
