We are looking for a versatile, positive, and proactive person who wants to be part of our inclusive team. At Topcamp Havblikk, we have 27 cabins/apartments, 68 motorhome/caravan pitches, and 59 seasonal spots. And that’s not all—we also have a bistro, hiking areas, a playground, a jumping pillow, AND a beach!

Here, you’ll help shape our guests’ holidays – vacations they won’t forget. Everything hinges on service – the desire to go the extra mile so that every single guest, big or small, gets the ultimate Topcamp experience.

Your tasks will vary, and you’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself in several areas.
But let’s be clear: at Topcamp, we all pitch in where needed, no matter what your official role is – when things get busy, it’s all hands on deck!

Responsibilities will vary from day to day

• Daily cleaning of cabins, sanitary facilities, and common areas according to the current cleaning plan, procedures, and routines

• Maintenance tasks

• Check in/out guests in our reception

• Service our conference guests

• Look for details that can enhance the guest experience

• Other ad-hoc tasks

• You enjoy physical work

• Have good teamwork skills but can also work independently

• Are efficient and hardworking – with a warm smile

• You notice the little things and have an eye for detail

• Committed to delivering high-quality work

• Available to work for most of the season

How does your summer look like?

Positions range from occasional shifts to full-time seasonal roles. Evening, weekend, and holiday work should be expected. If you recognize yourself in several of the descriptions above, we encourage you to submit an application.
