Technical Sales administrator
A Technical Sales Administrators responsibility is to handle the customer orders through their lifecycle in our company and deliver in accordance with our customers expectation from RFQ to shipping and invoicing. Vipo’s customer base is wide and varied and as a Technical Sales Administrator you are expected to support the customer with their enquiry, create a quote fulfilling the customers expectations, close the sale, plan activities with production and ensure delivery and invoicing.
Reporting directly to the Business Group Director the Technical Sales Administator will be an important part of Business Group AT, running customer orders and related activities for the department. The role will also be an important interface between the business group and production as they also head up planning for internal production units and collaboration with our external partners.
Tasks:
Administrate sales of Internal Production products and Traded Goods
Sales (from quote to delivery and invoicing)
Purchasing – (from finding the right supplier to receiving the orders)
Responsible for maintenance of the articles in ERP
Organize shipping, documentation and customs in accordance with current standards.
Plan and coordinate activities in production
