Key Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Identify potential business opportunities and gather market research to increase market share.
Guide the Sales team to meet sales objectives, Gross Margin, DSO, and payment collection targets. Implement best practices in retail and project teams.
Apply segment and regional strategies to local strengths and weaknesses, ensuring revenue growth and profit maximization. Monitor action plans to ensure growth in the Decorative operations.
Set targets, selection criteria, and performance measures to build a strong, loyal distribution network.
Lead and motivate sales teams by setting clear targets, coaching, and monitoring each member. Conduct periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions
What We Look for
Formal requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in management, sales and/or marketing
Verbal and written proficiency in Norwegian and English
Personal requirements:

Communicates in a clear, precise and structured manner.
Is interested in an international career in a global company
Understands and identifies commercial opportunities that have a positive impact on business growth and profitability.
