We are currently seeking a Senior Instrument Valve PRE to build and strengthen our Instrument, Controls, Telecoms and Cybersecurity team.

As a Senior Instrument Valve PRE, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Technical responsible for instrument valves in projects, both inline/process and instrumentation valves.
- PRE (Package Responsible Engineer) for valve, actuator and LCP (Local Control Panel) procurement packages.
- Establish and select valve, actuator and LCP technical requirements, scope of work and supplier document requirements (SDRL).
- Participate in BCM’s (Bid Clarification Meetings) and bid evaluation.
- Kick-off meetings with manufacturers and customers.
- Deliver and receive interface information both internally and interdisciplinary to disciplines like piping/ layout, material, structure, EIT, process, safety, maintenance, completion and material handling.
- Handle technical clarifications and follow-up of deliveries, construction and commissioning.
- Expediting, inspection and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with manufacturers and customers.
- Valve documentation LCI responsible.
- Possibly offshore surveys, installation, modifications, testing, commissioning, general valve support/ supervision and management in field, if required.
- Contribute to the training of junior personnel.
You'll have:
- Relevant higher technical education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within offshore EPCI/MM contracts on the Norwegian continental shelf, alternatively from valve specialist companies.
- Extensive valve knowledge, including governing documents and material technology.
- Multidiscipline knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Norwegian.
- Preferably extensive network within the valve industry.
- Preferably practical valve, mechanical or instrumentation experience.
