Senior Software Developer

About the Role

• Solve meaningful problems in domains such as real-time video communication, computer vision, and space technologies.
• Take a central role in developing innovative desktop applications, collaborating closely with other developers and product owners.
• Apply your expertise across technologies such as C/C++, networking, optimalization and media compression on the full tech stack.
• Drive the development of user-centric, high-performance applications in both Linux and Windows environments.

What We're Looking For

• Several years in C /C++ programming. C++17 or later is a plus.
• Strong understanding of writing optimized code for embedded devices.
• Experience writing network protocols with TCP or UDP. TLS is a plus.
• Experience writing multithreaded code.
• Experience developing software for both Linux and Windows platforms.
• Understanding of the underlying compression concepts of video, image, and audio.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Qt, MFC, wxWidgets, or similar.
• Experience interfacing with hardware (e.g. serial ports/TTY).
• Experience with Smartphone Apps is a plus.
• Experience working with OpenGL, Vulkan, or DirectX is a plus.
