Höegh LNG is seeking a Crew Manager to our marine personnel team in Oslo. In this role you will be cooperating with a large part of the HLNG organization both onshore and shore. LNG is centrally located at Skøyen in Oslo, and the position will report to the Head of Marine Personnel.

Job description

• Ensure that the vessels are manned with qualified and competent crew at all time
• Crew Planning and career development
• Follow up special crew matters on board when needed
• See to that all necessary information are updated in the electronic crew system OCS
• Follow up crew budget with focus on good cost control
• Administrative task as required 

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum BSc degree in HR, Economic or Maritime university
• Minimum 4 years work experience
• Formal background can be compensated with relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English & Norwegian language (oral/written)
