Typical work tasks can be:

• Plan and execute studies within sedimentology, reservoir quality and structural geology.
• Integrating all available subsurface data to optimize the understanding of our fields.
• Play and prospect evaluation including seismic interpretation.
• Volumetric, uncertainty and risk calculation.
• Updating and building static reservoir models.
• Well-planning and follow-up well operations and data acquisition.
• Be an engaged contributor to the Geology network.

Skills and qualifications:

• Master's degree in Geology, Geoscience or similar/relevant education.
• Experience from field development projects and/or producing assets, or experience from play and prospect evaluation on the Norwegian Continental shelf.
• Experience in well planning and execution.
• Skills in building static reservoir models and evaluating uncertainty.
• Digital knowledge including the use of AI/ML tools and databases will be an advantage.
