We are now looking for an Office Manager to our HQ in Oslo

Our office manager at our Lysaker office is the cornerstone of our operations, helping us make sure that everything runs just as smoothly and seamlessly as our video technology does. You'll be more than a coordinator; you'll be a curator of our work environment, fostering a sense of belonging and well-being. You are a problem solver by nature and someone who can adapt to changing circumstances. Others should describe you as service-minded, inspiring, creative and a relationship builder. You seek challenges and believe no challenge is too small or too large for you to be involved in.

As our office manager you will be an important promoter of our Pexip culture, helping us to maintain our strong sense of belonging and wellbeing at work.
Some of the responsibilities our Office Manager will do:
- Information and administrative center: You'll be our go-to for office updates, activities, managing databases, office and budgets, handling queries and deliveries and ensuring that the office is run like well-oiled machinery. Your keep eye for detail and proactive communication will ensure a seamless flow of information within and outside the organization.
- Wellbeing champion: You'll actively promote Pexip’s wellbeing initiatives within the office, creating a supportive and healthy work environment that empowers our team.
- Culture ambassador: As an ambassador of our company culture, you'll plan and execute company events and conferences that reflect our values and enhance employee engagement.
- Resource manager: You'll take charge of ordering stationery and IT equipment, ensuring our office is well-equipped and everyone can work efficiently.
- Health, safety and security coordinator: Keeping our health, safety and security policies and processes up to date will be your responsibility, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
- Event coordinator: You'll provide valuable support to our HR and Finance functions, scheduling meetings, arranging events, customer/partner meetings, and helping keep our company documents up to date.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have the following:
- Experience: A couple of years in office management or related administrative role.
- Communication: Inspirational and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technology: Tech savvy and competent.
- Budgeting: While not a requirement, experience in budget management would be a valuable addition.
- Can-do-attitude: You´re proactive, detailed-orientated, and always ready to tackle new challenges and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
