Aker Solutions’ Life Cycle segment focuses on execution of modifications & maintenance that improve operations and extends life span of energy facilities on- and offshore. The segment is also responsible for electrification projects on existing facilities as well as offshore maintenance for the renewables sector.

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for a Piping engineer - Discipline Task Responsible who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing?

• Assist production with solving of the technical problems which could occur during the execution of the fabrication and installation work at construction site
• Assist production with interpretation of drawings and job basis
• Prepare work basis and documentation for technical solutions (SQ) in cooperation with the Fabrication Engineering
• Quality and punctuality of own deliveries based on procedures/routines established in the project
• Close communication with work leader (FIL), method, fabrication engineering, PRE, and others
• Contribute with Continual improvements work

We think you should have some of the following:

• Bachelor degree, technical college
• Relevant construction experience may compensate for formal education
• Experience from modification projects in the offshore industry, preferably from the North Sea
• Knowledge and use of the 3D tool
• Ability to work independently
