Operations Recruiter in Oda
Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world.
One of Oda's most important resources is our operators and drivers. Every year, we recruit extensively for our operation, and we are now looking for an Operations Recruiter to make sure we hire the right people!
From planning, coordinating, interviewing, checking references, and prepping contracts — you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, contributing to securing the recruitment process and emphasizing improving the candidate experience. By working together, you'll help Oda shape and improve its overall operational recruitment strategies. The role is part of the local People team, and it will directly report to the Talent Acquisition Partner. The primary work location for this role will be Lier.
What you’ll do as an Operations Recruiter with us
- Assist and execute in planning, coordinating, and implementing the recruitment process for new operators and drivers
- Be responsible for coordination and administrative tasks around the recruitment processes of operators and drivers
- Have candidate communication, such as invitations to interviews, publication of job advertisements etc.
- Work closely with the People Hub as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless contract process and timely registration in Workday.
- Support and coordinate internal resources from the various departments and stakeholders within the operation in Oda
- Provide and secure fair selections in all Oda recruitment processes
- Support and report to the Talent Acquisition Partner in Norway by providing data and insights from the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates, and aligning with our recruitment strategy.
- Facilitate basic training in our recruitment tool Lever for relevant stakeholders
- Assist with various other administrative tasks related to recruitment and employer branding for the operation, together with the Talent Acquisition Partner in Norway

The following will probably be helpful
- Have a bachelor's degree in HR/Administration or a related field, or have relevant experience in recruitment and coordination.
- Knowledge from working in Lever or similar Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience and expertise gained in an operational setting, such as in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment, is highly beneficial.
- Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency of B1 in Norwegian.
