We are looking for a Sr. Emergency Response Coordinator

Job Description

• Ensure governing documents, plans, procedures, analysis, and other documents i.e., bridging documents are established verified and reviewed when needed
• Ensure an annual program for emergency response exercise and training is developed and executed
• Ensure that Emergency Response Organisation is fully manned, enabled, and available 24/7
• Ensure that the relevant the facilities are suitable, and that the tools and technology support the response in an effective manner
• Ensure a robust and competent Emergency Response function for the company
• Ensure running and continuously improvement of the Emergency Response Organisation

Qualification Requirements

• Act as emergency preparedness and response point of contact and subject matter expert to related issues internally and externally
• Contribute to make sure that Emergency Preparedness analysis, plans, processes, systems, and other documents i.e., bridging documents, are in place and that they are verified and implemented
• Be responsible for developing annual program for exercises and training, plan, carry out training and exercises and evaluate execution
• Verify Emergency Response Organisation systems and plans by arranging exercises, tabletops, and other training sessions according to annual program for exercises and training 
• Recruitment and follow up of members of the Emergency Response Organisation
• Be responsible for ensuring that premises, relevant supporting tools, technologies, and work methods are in place and available 
• Internal cooperation all level and professional areas
• Industry cooperation
• National Authorities, government and private actors related to Emergency Preparedness
• Bachelor’s degree
• Norwegian and English fluent, both written and verbally
• Experience: 6-9 år
