As a vital member of our recruitment team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines in offices in both Norway, UK and US. We have a wide portfolio of clients within the oil and gas sector who are seeking highly skilled candidates, many of whom are specialists in their field. Our international team includes over 20 nationalities, making it a rewarding experience to introduce newcomers to Norway.

Key Responsibilities

As a Contract Coordinator at Three60 Energy Norway, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our contracts and agreements. Your responsibilities will include:

- Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

- Purchase Order Management: Efficiently follow up on purchase orders, maintaining a clear overview of all POs.

- SAP Expertise: Act as the primary point person for our SAP system (Ariba) and coordinate between our HR team in the UK and finance department in Norway, with a focus on one of our key client’s projects.

- Cross-Border Collaboration: Foster stronger collaboration between our teams in Norway and the UK, facilitating the sharing of crucial information.

- People-Centric Approach: Engage with a diverse group of individuals, drawing motivation from teamwork and effective interpersonal interactions.

- Language Proficiency: Possess excellent English language skills to communicate effectively with international colleagues.

- US Recruitment Responsibility: Take charge of recruitment efforts in the US, collaborating closely with finance and HR teams on contracts and purchase orders.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economy, administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in contract coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in SAP systems, especially Ariba, is a plus.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems, especially Recman is a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving collective goals.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Flexibility to travel is a must, some trips to UK and US to be expected.
