Job Purpose:
Support Aftermarket Manager in strategic planning, financial performance and process improvement/implementation within the department
Job Description:
- Establish a realistic Aftermarket project schedule and monitors compliance with the defined project objectives and project management processes (OTD, Quality, Revenue, cost)
- Ensures that the projects status and progress is effectively communicated to the Aftermarket Manager and to the customer
- Acts as Team Lead
- Responsible for risk management when performing Aftermarket activities and communication of potential risks to Aftermarket Manager.
- Provide key input to help develop and continuously improve department processes and procedures.
- Create execution plans as required for Aftermarket activities as part of the planning process to provide a framework for execution.
- Ability to provide input and solve difficult/specialized technical issues that require knowledge related to technical/functional project field, share with the team and document as lessons learned
- Responsible for preparation of commercial documents for review and approval
- Prepare pricing and profitability analysis for ongoing contract to identify risk and opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer RFQ in collaboration with Sales Team
- Follow up subcontractors as required, including face to face meetings and visits to their premises.
- Prepare quotations for review and approval.
- Provides input to Variation Orders (VO) and other changes to the contract within his/her scope of work
- Support with cost and revenue analysis in major tenders
- Identify all growth opportunities within and outside of our core customer base.
You are meant for this job if you have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience related to wellhead equipment and tools.
- Experience related to Maintenance, Modification and Repair of products in the Oil & Gas Industry preferred.
- Commercial experience
- Knowledge of industry standards like API, ISO and NORSOK

- Ability to lead and direct
- Structured and pragmatic approach to planning and problem solving is key
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding and communicating within diverse cultural environments is critical.
- Team player with good ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching.
- Able to work independently on varied tasks without direct supervision and successfully meet internal and external customer expectations and deadlines
