"In my opinion, one of the best things about being an HR Partner is to work closely with leadership teams in a local context, while also being part of a large international company. On a daily basis, we are an important sparring partner and advisor for leaders in a very broad area of HR, where we are close to decisions and see the results of the work we do in the organization. It is motivating to be challenged every day and the position provides room for both personal and professional development» says Marie-Louise Poulsen, HR Business Partner in Trondheim.
