Sales & Marketing Manager / Director for the Norwegian Market
You will be instrumental in the continued growth of the Norwegian market by opening new channels for our e-commerce and direct sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and improve customer experience.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, internal partners, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on direct sales and e-commerce selling.
- Exceptional track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Norwegian market and consumer behaviour trends.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for market opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to change and driving innovation.
