Safety Advisor

We are looking for our next Safety Advisor!

Are you a people person and a team player, with strong analytical skills? Then you might be the Safety Advisor we are looking for!

Some of the things you will be doing

• Drive systematic safety improvements and safety campaigns
• Develop and simplify use of Synergi Life, including use of artificial intelligence
• Contribute to development and maintenance of HSEQ-programs, procedures, initiatives, awareness campaigns and videos
• Drive proactive activities in line withIOGP, Always Safe and Step Change in Safety
• Monitor and assist in the company’s compliance towards relevant legislation and standards for safety including ISO 45001 and ISM
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety performance
  
• Prepare HSE statistics, trends and perform data analysis to enable continuous improvement. Suggest actions to address root causes to prevent recurrence
  
• Carry out industry benchmarking on safety, and drive implementation of best practices
  
• Maintain and develop the investigation methods and capacity
  
• Perform audits on- and offshore, with special focus on safety
  
• Support alignment of work processes for yard safety

What we are looking for

• Solid Operational/ Project Experience within HSE and safety
• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• High level of knowledge with use and admin of Synergi Life
• Good knowledge of the oil industry
• Familiar with HSE regulations
• Systematic and analytic abilities
  
• Strong team player who is also capable of producing quality work on an individual basis
  
• Fluent English written and verbal skills. Portuguese and French language skills is an advantage
