Digital Marketing Specialist

Join our Commercial Marketing team in the Northeast and be part of the expansion of our digital journey in a global company! We're seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on the Nordic countries. The position is flexible and can be based in any Nordic country.

The role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our commercial marketing team. Your responsibilities will span both operational and strategic aspects of digital campaigns with focus on email marketing related tools and activities. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with the commercial sales teams, customers, and various marketing departments within Duni. Your role involves close coordination with Inside Sales in the Nordics and the content specialists in our team.

This position can be based in either Malmö, Copenhagen, Oslo, or Helsinki, depending on where you live. If you are located in South of Sweden or South of Finland, you can work from our offices in Malmö or Helsinki. This position can also be remote. You will be part of a team of 6 marketing professionals based in Malmö and Poznan. We are a cheerful and close-knit group who look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Develop content strategies for our B2B segments in all the Nordic countries
• Develop and manage digital campaigns for our B2B customers. With focus on market automation and email marketing
• Innovate and explore new ways of generating digital leads
• Review and analyse email campaigns and tools.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing. You have a minimum of three years’ experience working with digital marketing and are used to working in a B2B environment. In your previous jobs you have gained experienced in Google Analytics and an Email marketing platform.

Since this role with work with all the Nordic markets it is an advantage if you have experience working with more than one of the Nordic markets. You are fluent in English and at least one Nordic Language. If you have experience from the HORECA industry, it’s an advantage but not an requirement.

For this position we are looking for someone creative who is able to find solutions outside the box. You are a “go getter” who is not afraid to take initiatives, take the lead and suggest new ways of working. You are result oriented and see solutions and opportunities where others see challenges. You follow projects through, always finish what you started and then analyze and review the work you did. You are a team player who enjoys working closely with your team but also other departments and stakeholders.
