We are looking for a talented Project Manager to execute and deliver complex projects in accordance with MRC processes and Client requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects according to MRC Global processes and expectations.
• Act as main “project-point-of-contact” between MRC Global and our Client’s.
• Ensure projects are executed according to budget.
• Run Kick of meetings and project meetings with clients to mitigate their expectations and to ensure all projects follow MRC Projects Processes.
• Ensure all project related documentation and communications are filed in line with agreed practices and in accordance with ISO approved quality system requirements.
• Collate and produce regular reports as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be delegated by the Project Director that are within the capabilities of the Project Manager.
•  Always act in accordance with MRC Safe Work instructions and our Ethical framework.
• Stand out as a role model.

Qualifications Required

• A deep understanding of oil & gas and/or offshore wind industry specifications and way of working is mandatory, and related industries specifications is preferable.
•  Ability to lead, motivate and mediate a project team.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage complex project deliveries, including risk, cost and quality management.
• Technical background – ideally mechanical or automation
• Formal and extensive education and training in Project Management
• Proven and excellent track record of complex projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
•  Computer literate – including experience with Project Management systems, MS Office package (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project), and SAP or similar in-house ordering system
•  BSc level or equivalent
