THE WELL is looking for a Head Bartender

Situated just about 15 minutes from Oslo, The Well is the leading spa resort & re-creation centre in the Nordics. The spa, which spreads over an area of 10.500 m², opened in 2015 and offers many different facilities. With its 15 saunas and steam rooms, 11 pools and basins and unique architecture and theme play, The Well has internationally made its mark on the spa map.

In 2021 The Well have opened doors of the hotel that is directly connected to Spa facilities. Our hotel has 104 fantastic rooms, a rooftop restaurant, bar, gym, and conference rooms.

For the Bar Team at The Well Resort - we are now recruiting for the positions as HEAD BARTENDER (100% contract). The Well Bar team is responsible for 5 Bar Outlets: Hotel Bar, Wellness Bar in Spa, Bar in Brasseriet, Summer Club and Bar in Mori Restaurant (fine-dining restaurant).

The main role of the Head Bartender will be:

- Assist with daily operations of Hotel Bar and support other Bar Outlets at The Well Resort

- Ensure that spirits & cocktails program of the Resort is up to standards and excellent customer service standards are maintained

- Training of the bar team members

- Assist with Inventory and Ordering of Spirits/Beverages.

Your qualifications:

• Experience in similar role
• Basic knowledge of spirits, wines & cocktails
• Good communication skills in English or/and one of Scandinavian languages
