ASSA ABLOY is a world-leading supplier of automatic access solutions that connect people, goods and departments together in a safe and efficient way for your building stock. Entrance Systems Norway has 150 employees and offices in Oslo, Trondheim and Sandnes.

As a planner, you will be responsible for planning the working day for a team of service technicians. You will work with a strong brand and innovative, high-quality products within a growing market. The position will report to the local service manager.

Some of your tasks:

• Plan, manage and assign work to a team of service technicians
• Prepare plans to achieve business goals and good profitability
• Ensure a good degree of utilization and that all services are prioritized in the best possible way and at the right time
• Continuous improvement of working methods and processes within own subject area

You as a candidate:

You do not need a university degree, but we believe that the person who fits the role has a background in service and/or logistics, preferably from the courier or transport industry as a traffic manager/planner. Good IT knowledge and experience in using the MS-Office package, ERP and planning systems will be an advantage.

You enjoy working in teams as well as independently. Has a structured and organized approach to solutions and is result- and solution-oriented.

You are good at communicating and used to working together at all levels in an organisation. You thrive in a sometimes hectic everyday life with many parallel activities. Is willing to learn, listens and is interested in developing own competence.

Good communication skills are required, both in Norwegian and English, in writing and orally.
