Exciting opportunity: We are hiring a Global Solutions Manager
The Global Solutions team works strategically to strengthen Jotun’s market position within our focus areas. As a Global Solutions Manager you will develop and lead the implementation of strategic roadmaps for selected industries to contribute to profitable growth in Jotun.
Based on industry and customer understanding, the global solutions and communication team ensure Jotun has tools, solutions and clear and differentiating communication relevant to capitalise on market opportunities.
We are now recruiting a Global Solutions Manager, with focus on the infrastructure & architectural market.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of marketing roadmaps for Infrastructure, in order to strengthen Jotun’s position - delivering relevant, value-adding solutions and communication to differentiate Jotun, based on key drivers in the market.
Ensure our solutions and tools stay relevant and fit-for-purpose by working closely with the sales network and Category Managers to understand the user journey, customer challenges and how our solutions and tools will meet these needs to create profitable growth.
Together with categories and communication develop impactful communication to support clear positioning of Jotun, sub-brands, solutions, products, systems and innovations.
Develop sales tools and marketing material to position Jotun as a preferred partner and support sales teams in selling value.
Globally responsible for implementation of activities on marketing plan. Support and guide internal stakeholders on global solutions and initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
Responsible for selected existing solutions.
What we are looking for and what we offer
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's in marketing.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Marketing.
Digital marketing experience
Fluent in English
