As we embark on our journey, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset for our headquarters centrally located in Oslo.
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and execution of our digital marketing initiatives for the new app and loyalty program. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our innovative platform. And to ensure Partner Marketing remain fully engaged and involved in the programme, leading to continuous support and engagement at all times. In this task you will work closely with the CMO.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
User Acquisition: Implement and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels (social media, search, display, etc.). Utilize data analytics to identify and target key audience segments for effective outreach.
Brand Presence: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the Nordics in the digital space directed to the identified target group. Create engaging and consistent content to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Loyalty Program Promotion: Develop targeted campaigns to promote the new loyalty program and currency. Implement strategies to encourage user participation and loyalty program adoption. You will work closely with the Membership Marketing manager.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns thru GA4 and other martech tools. Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the product team to understand app features and updates, incorporating them into marketing strategies. Collaborate with external partners and influencers to amplify the reach of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Mobile first: Manage Appestore and GooglePlay for downloads and tactical campaigns to gain more downloads.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, mobile app marketing and email marketing.
- Experience in promoting mobile applications and implementing user acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and digital currencies is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing idea
