We are now searching for a Regional Digital Experience and Conversion Manager in our Regional Marketing team in Sandefjord, with potential to grow and develop into exciting international roles in the company. Job description:
As Regional Digital Experience and Conversion Manager you will be an important part of the Category Development Team - to create an optimal digital customer experience - with an overall goal to increase the conversion rate.
The Regional Digital Experience and Conversion Manager is also responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams - and will be involved in commercial planning and internal sharing of experience / insight.
Roles and responsibilities:
Build content strategies for digital ecommerce and help support the sales and marketing team to create an optimal digital customer experience
Involved in commercial planning and optimization of digital channels with focus on driving digital innovation
Responsible for internal sharing of experience and insights
Ensure close collaboration between marketing, retail and sales
Participate in regional digital innovation projects
Constantly develop and improve our digital solutions for internal and external communication with customers, both end-users and b2b
Work with strategies to optimize and utilize digital customer data
Focus on developing optimal content strategies, from digital platforms to point of sale
Work with strategies to optimize and utilize Jotun colours and product information
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Qualifications:
There are probably many backgrounds that will be suitable for this position. Please tell us about it in your application. To succeed and be happy here, we think you have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent background from customer experience, ecommerce, and with retail understanding.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and good understanding of digital platforms. Our work language in Jotun A/S is English, but please note that it is necessary to have excellent Norwegian skills both in writing and speaking in this position.
