Seize a brand-new role at FIVEN as the Industrial Development Manager, leading continuous improvements in their operations.

Lead transformative continuous improvement activities, pioneering efficient, sustainable initiatives. Streamline processes, optimizing operations for the betterment of our team and our clients. Be the torchbearer of our project portfolio, ensuring our projects resonate with our strategic visions and are timely executed. Own the Productivity Improvement Metric, a pivotal instrument that gauges our operational success. Mentor, train, and uplift, serving as a technical guiding star for our team's development projects.

Act as the custodian of the CAPEX investment portfolio for all Fiven locations, handling both the project management and technical support aspects with precision and expertise.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A decade or more experience in a production domain.
• Demonstrated leadership skills from past roles or projects.
• Hands-on expertise in LEAN and Continuous Improvement, ideally in process manufacturing.
• Stepped into the shoes of a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Successfully spearheaded global continuous improvement programs.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Certifications in LEAN and/or Six Sigma.
• A flair for coaching, training, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and DOE skills.
• Mastery of ERP/MRP/Business systems and adept IT skills.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.
