About the role

As a Project Manager at Velox Tech you will work with internal and external developers and customers while being responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating projects within the decided upon budget, timeline and scope. You will play key role in growing multi-disciplinary R&D teams developing innovative products.

While bringing in your soft and hard skills you will also become a role model regarding to the company's vision and principles by showing the matching attitude and behavior to your teams.

Your tasks

• Create project plans with timelines, activities and budget plans
• Ensure that projects are making progress and meeting customer requirements
• Monitor projects and present the status to relevant stakeholders and customers
• Create a positive work environment for ensuring motivated teams with high performances
• Identify ways and implement solutions to improve project workflows and productivity.

Your personal profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in management or one of the company’s relevant fields
• Very good spoken and written English
• Positive attitude and strong self motivation
• Great teamwork ability and transparent communication
• High sense of responsibility
• Constant proactivity
• Focus on excellent quality results
• Big interest in self-development and continuous improvement

• Practical experiences with agile project management methods
• Knowledge of project management software usage
