We are looking for a Hub Digital Lead to join our Hub Northern Europe team in Energy Industries.

In this role, you will be planning and ensuring execution of Division and Hub Digital Sales Strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, and services in a profitable way. You will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching the Hub Digital organization proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance and ensure high levels of customer success across the Hub.

Location: Any ABB office in Norway, Sweden, UK, Ireland, Denmark or Finland

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital proficiency within the digital sales and account management teams
• Develop and articulate a clear understanding of digitalization needs and trends in the market
• Enable the organization to relate the digital portfolio to customer business outcomes
• Develop proficiency in solution consulting and solution selling
• Set and implement the digital strategy by working with cross-functional teams in alignment with the division and business area strategy
• Lead the digital strategy development and implementation roadmap at Hub and country level
• Accelerate the adoption of new digital portfolio solutions with local contextualization
• Support pursuit teams in their efforts to win and execute projects
• Nurture local partnerships within the ecosystem for a stronger GTM
• Be the face of “digital” within the region, both externally and internally
• Develop strong customer relationships with key customers
• Guide, motivate and develop people competencies and behavior

Your background

• Experience and a track-record working with energy industry customers
• Comprehensive understanding of the challenges customers in the energy industry face, and a view on how digital offerings can solve these
• Strong understanding of customer’s buying behaviors and drive towards new business models
• Technical understanding of digital portfolio (you will get training to learn more about ABB-specific portfolio)
• Demonstrated conceptual thinking and thought-leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Experience in multi-cultural work environments
• Strong communication-, collaboration- and leadership skills
• Relevant degree, e.g.: in engineering and/or business management
• Fluent in English
