Service Supervisor - Production Solution

We are looking for a Coiled Tubing/Pumping Service Supervisor who identifies with Halliburton's values: Respect, Collaboration, Safety, Trust, and Integrity.

Our activities range from coiled tubing intervention, vessel-based pumping operations, well intervention work, gravel packing, nitrogen displacement and other miscellaneous high-pressure pumping operations.

Job description

• Coordination, planning and executing offshore operations, particular in relation to Coiled Tubing Services, pumping services as well as N2 services
• Ensure flawless operational execution in according to company procedures
• Follow-up on daily offshore operations with customers and in accordance with internal reporting
• Be a contact person to customers offshore and contribute with technical solutions and execution
• Occasionally participate in onshore activities at Halliburton facilities when preparing, maintaining, and upgrading of equipment when needed
• International assignment as needed
• Develop and maintain a strong team spirit in the offshore team

Qualifications

• Proven competency as Service Supervisor in coiled tubing and pumping services for at least 3-5 years
• Strong collaborative skills
• Offshore Basic Safety Training, valid health certificate, IWCF level 4, flange work according to NS-EN 1591-4
• Technical education, preferably within mechanical or petroleum
• Relevant offshore experience from CT, pumping, nitrogen service and gravel packing
• Good computer skills
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills. Norwegian speaking/writing is an advantage

The position requires that you execute on the Company's HSE procedures, as well as internal processes. You set high standards towards safety and has capacity to work with different nationalities and cultures.

The candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to handle a complex and challenging working environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with offshore and onshore personnel as well as customer relations will be important factors.
