Job Description:
- Position with two roles, split between the two roles will vary.
- Marine Planner in project:
- This is an Project position to support and manage the totality of all marine related activities
for Operations during field installation and completion. This is to secure a safe operation and
efficient project execution. As this is a new role, adjustment to the responsibilities is to be expected.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and drive safe operations for all marine activities across Project
- Manage the totality within Project marine operations to secure efficient execution
- Ensure Planning processes and standards are followed/implemented
- Define resource needs in function and create required marine network activities
- Identify all stakeholders within marine operations and make a stakeholder plan
- Plan and manage marine co-ordination function activities and integrate in project plan
- Define the onshore set-up and facilities required for execution of the role in the Integrated Operating Center (IOC)
- Identify offshore activity improvements and implement into the project execution plan
- Support the work to develop the field SIMOPS matrix owned by Operations
- Prepare and execute marine SIMOPS workshops when required
- Plan and execute implementation of the SIMOPS matrix to all parties involved
- Identify and drive risk and Hazop type activities as part of the total marine scope
- Further develop the role as required in liaison with Company Integrated Planning function and PRO planning function
- Integrated Marine Planner:
- This is an Integrated Planner role which will support and manage the totality of all marine related activities for Company to secure a safe operation and efficient project execution. As this is a new role, adjustment to the responsibilities is to be expected.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and drive safe operations for all marine activities across the company
- Ensure an always executable activity set that is aligned to the ambitions and vision of the company and the individual Assets
- Drive the setting of clear expectations to those delivering to the Integrated Marine Plan on quality, timing, precision, data elements and format – then monitor adherence to these expectations.
- Manage the totality of the integrated marine plan to secure efficient execution
- Lead and process all conflicting priorities across assets within marine schedule
- Be part of driving improvements to integrated planning processes, methods and tools and implement in integrated marine planning
- Be responsible for driving target-based improvement (målstyrt forbedring) within integrated marine planning
- Marine planner in project:
- Passion for safety and a visible safety leader
- Deep offshore project experience with proven delivery experience
- Familiar with managing marine operations activities in execution phase
- Familiar with vessel, diving and SIMOPS management
- Integrated Marine Planner
- Experience as a planner
