We are currently constructing a new major gas FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading unit) which will operate offshore Darwin, Australia. To support our strategy to build a substantial and growing position in offshore renewable infrastructure, we have also invested in, and are developing, floating offshore wind solutions.

We are looking for graduate students, with a relevant background and education in engineering, to join the BW Offshore Graduate Programme, upon completion of their degree. Students enrolled in the last year of their bachelor's or master's degree programme are welcome to apply.

What is the BW Offshore Graduate Programme?

The BW Offshore Graduate Programme is a three-year programme, that aims to give young talents a solid overview of the industry, as well as an understanding of the career options within BW Offshore. This includes close mentorship from dedicated senior personnel, building a strong foundation for long-term personal development and a career with BW Offshore.

As a technical graduate you may participate in all phases of projects: From concept development and engineering to project execution, construction, and commissioning. Graduates will be exposed to other departments and locations/yards for periods to enable you to build a strong company competence.
